Dallas 2026
With the new season just around the corner, it's time to start preparing for another exciting year of hockey! We are pleased to announce that the TAHA Annual Registrar Meeting will be held in Dallas on Saturday, August 1, 2026. Additional details regarding the Houston meeting date, time, and location will be shared soon.
The Dallas meeting will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel, located at 11611 Luna Road, Dallas, Texas. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00AM, lunch will be served at 12:00 PM and the meeting will conclude at approximately 2:00 PM.
If your organization will be fielding Tier I, Tier II, House/Rec, High School, or Adult teams during the upcoming season, we strongly encourage both Organization Registrars and Team Managers to attend. Affiliate Presidents and Head Coaches are encouraged to attend. This meeting will provide important information and resources to help ensure a successful registration and rostering season.
Topics will include:
- Registration software updates and best practices
- Rostering requirements and procedures
- Claiming players and eligibility requirements for State and National-bound teams
- New residential requirement updates approved at the USA Hockey Annual Congress
- Important reminders and timelines for the 2026-27 season
To help us plan accordingly, TAHA will provide lunch for up to two attendees per program. Please RSVP to this invite to ensure we order the correct amount of food.

Houston 2026
TAHA Annual Registrar Meeting will be held in Houston on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
The Houston meeting will be held at the NEW DEEP SOUTH ICE AND SPORTS CENTER, located at 8925 Harlem Road, Richmond, Texas 77407. The meeting will begin promptly at 10:00AM, with bagels and coffee. Meeting will conclude at approximately 1:00 PM.
